Redux: Where can I buy grits in Toronto, Canada?
There aren’t any grits to be had in Toronto: lots of white and yellow cornmeal but no real grits, as described by crazylilwhitewoman. I asked Quaker Oats “WHY?” and they responded with the following boilerplate:

Fifteen yeas ago I spent 6 months in T.O and 2 mondays a month I would drive over to Niagra Falls NY for groceries ,gas and cigarettes. You may want to try the supermarkets in Niagra Falls .
