Transfer data from xbox 360 20g hdd to xbox 360 120g?
So I needed more memory for my xbox, and I thought well it’s 2 years old now might as well buy a new elite, So I have my elite but now I need a way to transfer my data (saved games, not bothered about downloads I can just download again) from one xbox to the other. I have looked on amazon.co.uk found a few products all with terrible reviews saying they don’t work and that they void warranty, So I looked on the internet and it said microsoft was giving them away for free but it takes weeks to come.
So anyone know were I can get one that will work and won’t brake my hdd or anything or void the warranty as I have heard some do this, I don’t mind paying a 5 – 15pound as long as it works. There are a lot on ebay but im not sure if they will work. Do any of you know were I can get one?
Call your Xbox support line and ask for a Data Migration Kit or a Data Transfer Kit. They’ll send you a cable and a DVD with the software that will do exactly what you want, without breaking anything.
