Herbalife diet, is it dangerous?

Hi, I have started doing herbalife and I’m just worried about the reviews its received concerning its main ingredients being ephedra? I have done it before and only stopped because of the cost and never run into any health problems whilst using the products. But some articles on the net have got me concerned.. should i be? I mean honestly?? I don’t want a sales pitch from a herbalife distributor, just honest answers please.

I live in Australia and am not sure if the ephedra ban has commenced here. I have looked on the bottles and can’t see it being mentioned in the ingredients. What ingredient should I be looking for and what supplements have this ephedra ingredient added specifically?

I tried it it taste revolting, I find I do better controlling what i eat rather than when I was using herbalife
