my internet isnt working..help?
okayy i bought this laptop yesterday

and i have a wireless router like this

but my laptop wont pick up the signal and when i hook up my router neither my laptop nor main computer has service!
im so confused could you help explain whats wrong and how to fix it?
That happened to mine. But my mum hardwired my main computer and mine suddenly worked. But before my mum did that she had to have somebody look at it because it wasn’t working properly. Just make sure you have a password on it. xx
