Geforce 8600 GT need new cpu or psu?

The 8600GT draws a measly 50 watts of power under full load.
Your Dell’s PSU will have absolutely NO problems powering that card. The 8600GT actually draws LESS power than your existing ATI X600 card.
The guy who says it will shut down doesn’t know WTF he’s talking about.
