Deciding between two camcorders can you help me?

I”m wanting to get a camcorder for my birthday and I”ve been wanting/needing one for the past year so I think i’m finally going to get one YAY! Only thing is I need some help as to which one would be the better deal…..here are both camera specs (CNET has more specs listed than new egg but wanted to post both). THANKS FOR UR HELP!

I would go for Sony. It has a better lens focal length – 1.8 mm – 108 mm. The Sony stick duo pro memory may be bit expensive than a flash drive. But that’s worth it. Go for sony!!!
