VIZIO Black 42″ LCD or Olevia Silver 42″ LCD 342i ?

So basically i have been given the opportunity to get a flat panal LCD for a really great price. The only problem is that im unsure which to go with… (See Question Title)

Either one is going to run me around $500 give or take 50 bucks so the price is not really a concern in my decision.

I have read every review i can find and they have been little help as they are pretty much identical and each has its ups and downs…

I know the specs and have compared those, but what im most interested in is just what you guys think is the “better overall” tv.
The main use of the display will be for normal television watching first and foremost then Xbox360 and last would be for DVD’s.

I would really appreciate it if you guys **WHO KNOW TV’s** could give me you’re opinions on this.

Neither brand is great, but from the two I would DEFINITELY go with the Vizio. Olivia is a absolutely horrible tv, not bias at all. My boyfriend works at circuit city in the warehouse and he gets a lot of returns on olivias.
