Do you use financial software to keep track of rental property?

What program do you use to keep track of rental property? I’ve been looking at Quicken Home & Business 2007, but the reviews on Amazon.com are not good. There are only 3 reviews, though. Would you recommend this software, or is there something better? Can you tell me the pros and cons of the different programs you’ve used? I’m looking for something that will make tax time easier. Thanks.

I have seen some AMAZING software for rental property and more (flipping, rehabbing, property management, etc.). I think it sells for around $79.

I have a ‘real estate information website’.
I am working on putting info about that software on it. However, since it is a LOT of work, the updated version has not been published yet.
I am trying to publish again within the next few weeks.
