does this seem fishy, do you think i could bring this to court?

i was just terminated from my job, i was just 3 days away from being able to qualify for unemployment insurance, 6 days later the company laid off a dozen employees, do you think they fired me so they didn’t have to pay for my unemployment?

a week before this happened my supervisor gave me my review and had nothing but good things to say, to put it simply he said that i was a great employee. the reason that the gave for terminating my employment was for writing “MSDS- warning, product may cause chaffing and bleeding, do not use if you are allergic to anti- depressants or chain mail letters” on the side of a box of paper towels that was sitting on the back of the toilet in the mens room, i did it almost 4 months ago, so why is it all of the sudden a issue to them.

AND TAKE OUT A WRONGFUL TERMINATION SUITE
