Apple Touch : The Most Options

I read a review here that saved me from buying my wife an Apple touch 8gb 3rd generation, since it doesn’t have the hardware upgrades the Apple touch 32 and 64 gig units do. My wife saw the new zune hd advertisement, and wanted one. I have nothing but love for zune, that being said, all things considered, for her needs (a toy, broweser, and some music listening) the other brands can’t match the apps and games available for the touch.

I agree that the audio quakity is not quite the best. But as much as I like some of the other like products, no competition for all the stuff available for the Apple touch. I use such devices for music only. No need for a Apple touch, my wife was at first nervous about my advice, I purchaced an Itunes card, set her up to look at aall the stuff available (tons of it free) and she is one happy camper. For those that complain muany apps are garbage, I agree, but at least you have the vast array of things to choose from.

At this point in ime, and until sony or microsoft come up with this kind of vast array of choices, the Apple touch remains the best option for an all in one, if music is what you’re after, sure, better choices exist. However, for browsing the web, no browser is better, tops in app choices, and flexibility. I’m not saying the Apple touch is better than another brand. I am saying the other brands are far behind in offering the huge libray of apps, making it a no brainer for now.

Apple touch – Awesome!

I just got my Apple touch 32 GB (3rd Generation) last week and I haven’t put it down. I was long over due for a MP3 upgrade (had a creative Zen for years) and can’t believe I waited so long. This Apple touch is amazing not only for music but I was able to do everything I needed without having to go back to my lap top (control my fantasy football team, pay bills, shop on line, read the news, etc) thanks to the Apps. So easy to use. Never owned an Apple touch before so I can’t compare to previous versions but for any one looking to upgrade, this is a no brainer.
