What is the best cost efficient nursery furniture for twins?
I’m expecting twin boys and I’m deciding on what type of furniture I want to put in their nursery. The goal is for them to share a crib for several months at first. I know I wil need 2 cribs so I dont want to spend a lot of money on one. I was looking into some of the combo sets because they take up less space as well as they are lower priced. However, after looking at some of the reviews..I’m a little nervouse. So basically I need to get 2 good quality cribs and a changing table. I also need a good amount of dresser space, but baby dressers seem to cost a lot, should i get a regular dresser? Does anyone have any suggestions? Please give me names of good products that wont cost so much or other suggestions. Thanks
Ikea will offer you the best deals. I’d buy regular dressers–there’s no reason to get a baby dresser because you’ll have to buy new ones in two years when they outgrow the space. If you go with Ikea, you can get two cribs for the price of one and have them separated right away, should you need to (sometimes they keep one another awake or hit one another in their sleep). You can just put a changing pad on top of one of the dressers and you won’t need a changing table at all. Just use the top drawer for diapers, wipes, etc.
