Phenom 9850 CPU too hot for this configuration?

I just built a new home theater PC in a microATX case:

Bgears b-Envi case: http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/bgears_benvi/2.htm
GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H mobo: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2995
AMD Phenom 9850 2.5GHz Socket AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Black Edition
Thermaltake TR2-R1 CPU cooler: http://www.thermaltake.com/product/cooler/retail/a4022/a4022.asp
CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified PSU

However, the CPU heatsink + fan is too high to fit in the microATX case. Should I swap out a shorter cooling fan, or get a better CPU cooler? Am I going to be able to keep the 9850 cool enough in this case? Or should I downgrade the 9850 to something else? I want to keep the case, and the rig will only be used for home theater and moderate gaming. Is the 9850 overkill for this setup?

Try using a slimmer fan, or use the stock cooler.
