Help me choose a good 19 inch LCD monitor?

I’m looking to buy a 19 inch monitor to get rid of my clunky 17 inch CRT. I’m not a hardcore gamer, but I do like to play the occasional game (Rise of Nations), so I don’t really need the cream of the crop.

I checked out some reviews and I’ve selected these. It seems to me that no matter which I pick, it’ll be a great monitor. Maybe? However, if you have other recommendations, please let me know.

I use a Samsung 19″ LCD monitor and I’ve done some pretty heavy gaming on it so based on personal experience I would recommend that one. My roommate just got that Dell 1907FP and that is also a very nice monitor. So overall, my recommendation would be one of those two.
