Help On External Optical Drive?
My new netbook has everything I want, except a optical drive(cd drive), therefore I cannot install Printer,Wireless NEtwork, and some other important programs I need.
I google’d to see if there was some type of optical drive you could hook up to your laptop through a USB cable.
This is what I found

But I started to read and I don’t think it’s what I’m looking for. The description and customer review’s make it seem like it’s something you use inplace of a broke optical drive.
I don’t know.
If somebody could please help me to find what I’m looking for, and if that above website is what I’m looking for that would be great.

Ancieto- How do you do that?? So you’re saying that a CD drive from one laptop will transfer data to another one??
Go to newegg.com and search for “external dvd drive”. From there you can find the one that is a reasonable price for you. I just did that search and anyone that you choose from that results page will work.
