How come Microsoft is raising the price of the Xbox 360?
Many people are happy because the PS3 price drop was finally announced world wide.
Now Microsoft decided to raise the Xbox 360 Arcade price in the UK, and take away the 5 xbox live games!

Also they are cutting back on the xbox 360 Elite. They are taking away the HDMI and HD cables.

Does anyone know why Microsoft is doing this? It seems really stupid.
Yes but logic to this? I think in one year the Ps3 may still be behind the 360 in sales but It would have sold more consoles( do you get what I mean?)
For example the Ps3 sell 7mill skus and 360 sell 1 mill but the Ps3 still be behind.
Oh and Microsoft also gets revenue from Xbox Live$50 each online subcriber…
Even if Microsoft does this, they know they will still sell more than Sony because by far the Xbox is much better than PlayStation, no matter if they take away HD cables or raise prices. They will still profit more.
