PowerUp 800-Watt PSU, bad idea.
Don’t skimp on the PSU, its high wattage but poor brand, with few Rails and Amps, probably in-efficient also.
The Graphics card is DDR2, thats the absolute lowest performance memory for graphics, a DDR3 or 4 will show huge improvment.
Everything else is fine, you may want to try lowering the latency of that RAM, AMDs love low latency RAM, and performance will increase.
