is sansui HDLCD4212 a good deal?

i saw this hdtv at bjs wholesale club in 02842. it has nice picture and according to sansui orion it has a high contrast ratio and a decent response time( 20,000:1 dynamic ratio and 6.5ms refresh rate). i am wondering if this set is quality or garbage? it looks to be high quality. i read some people who love the set and say it has great picture and one guy on yahoo answer says it is crap quality and a “hyundai” compared to a porsche in terms of quality. i have heard some people on other product reviews say that the tv does not last, some just say it takes a minute to warm up. what is the consensus on this product? on this brand?
